CEO’s Review
11.1.2022
About two years ago began a challenging period that has brought a great deal of uncertainty and stress to both business and personal life. We have had to change our daily routines, redesign our logistics solutions and range of services. Nothing has been more certain than uncertainty.
Significant problems with the availability of raw materials and parts and several temporary price increases resulted in more gray hair for the undersigned. However, we agreed on realistic order forecasts for 2021 with our key customers at the end of 2020 and we were able to respond and flexibly meet demand growth during the end of the year, despite some challenges. We really look forward to 2022. From my point of view, our operations have been just as flexible and evolving as possible within our resources during this bizarre Covid period.
Our awesome staff underwent a slight change in lineup over the past year. At the beginning of 2022, it can be said that our current team shines with a sense of accomplishment, a good spirit and positivity. We also want to be creating a job that is comfortable for all and where it is nice to come every morning. We hope to see more experts among us in the future in creating a strong corporate image as a team.
Special mention goes to our key customers, whose feedback is valuable to us and from which we strive to draw our growth.
In my opinion, this year has shown that there is still a lot to learn in Finland about how small production country Finland really is and how much, for example, the unnatural increase in international freight prices and problems with service promises affect everyday production work in our country. Despite the above, year after year, the operations of our company and its staff make me prouder. We constantly know and learn how to work with our hands. I think this is a disappearing folk tradition that we will continue to be proud to cherish.
Our net sales, in the middle of the financial year 2021-2022, show good growth compared to about a year ago and at the same time improve our profitability level. This shows that we are still on the right track again. Thank you for the success of all our staff. Each of our employees has been involved in our growth.
We want to continue to be an honest, trustworthy, and responsible partner in line with our values. In this way, we guarantee our customers the best possible, professional service and move forward as an even stronger company in the future as well.
The new year and new ways have begun, and I would like to thank our customers, partners and staff for their wonderful cooperation and wish us a better year 2022.
