At the end of 2021, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey. The results showed how we have delivered on our value proposition as a customer-oriented company. Respondents think we are a five-star company!

All of the respondents to the customer survey had used Finlight’s services more than once. Most of the respondents had used our expertise in more than two of their projects. Many of the respondents have 3-5 years of customer experience with us, but some have had a partnership with us lasting more than five years.

About 75% of the respondents have bought products for their projects from us, but the rest had also bought services such as lighting design and / or product installation.
